Alan Chan, Director
Alan has extensive hands-on finance experience and a successful track record in managing company finances in both Singapore and China. He has also worked on several Initial Public Offering exercises on both the Singapore and Hong Kong Stock Exchanges.
Beginning his career with a leading Big Four accounting firm and the government sector, he subsequently moved into the private commercial sector. In the private commercial sector, he has taken on various roles and responsibilities from investment evaluation to heading finance functions of various companies.
He has more than 20 years of finance experience and is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He has also completed the Chartered Valuer and Appraiser Programme.
Alex Liaw, Consulting Manager
Alex has more than 17 years of accounting and auditing experience in the commercial sector.
He is proficient in multiple currencies consolidation, financial data analysis, budget forecast & cash flows projection, regulatory reporting. He has also handled several successful fundraisings in both equity capital and debt markets.
